What is Project Garuda?
Project Garuda is an open exploration of Constitutional Engineering — a disciplined approach to establishing legitimacy before action, governance before implementation, and stewardship across generations.
Why does it exist?
Intelligence deserves legitimacy as well as capability. Project Garuda exists to help close the gap between powerful technologies and the institutions capable of guiding them wisely.
What is Constitutional Engineering?
A discipline concerned with the deliberate design, governance, preservation, and long-term stewardship of institutions — asking what makes building legitimate before asking what can be built.
